1 bedroom apartment in Cardiff Bay! Also about a 20 minute walk into Cardiff city centre! The apartment is in a gated complex, with the use of a swimming pool, gym, and 24 hour concierge! This 5th floor apartment has one double bedroom, with a king size bed, a double wardrobe! A bathroom with a shower and bath, and a living room leading on to a balcony! Also a fully fitted kitchen which includes an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and a washing machine/dryer! The space There will be an underground car park space, (include in the price)! Which has lift access to the top floor! There will be clean bedding ( bed made up), and clean towels! Also included tea, coffee sugar, and milk! I will be available to help/answer queries if needed? Guest access The whole apartment will be for the sole use of the guests during their stay, and not shared with the owner! Also please note that the pool and gym are not in the same building as the apartment! They are accessed by walking outside to another building. Other things to note Included within the price for guest use are: Undercroft car parking space, with lift access to the apartment use of the pool and gym. (Please note, the pool and gym are not in the same building as the apartment)! To access the pool and gym a few minutes walk outdoors will be required.
