Modern family home located approx 7 minutes walk from the beach. It is a beautiful sand beach which children can safely swim at. The house is ideally located next to the tee off for the third golf hole. It is located a short walk away from the Dunes Resort which has a restaurant and bar. The Four Square is located a short drive or bike ride away for all your supplies. The space Enjoy the open plan lounge and kitchen with two large decks off the lounge for all day sun. Deck looks out onto Hole 3 of the golf course. Both decks have large sun umbrellas. Two rooms with queen beds and one bedroom with bunk beds and a king single. There is an additional trundler bed under the king single ($25 extra/night). There are two bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Guest access House is located up a short driveway, with safe parking for cars on the grassed lawn. Other things to note Linen and towels can be included for an additional one off cost of $100.
