The Wickline Cabin is a beautiful 3 bedroom waterfront cabin where you can sit out on the back porch and take in the scenery, take a ride in a canoe or kayak , do a little fishing, kick up a fire, or just relax in the hot tub. The cabin is not far from downtown Smithfield which has many small shops and boutiques! The Wickline Cabin is a 3 level house with 2 built in baby gates on the main floor. There is a full size kitchen with cooking aids and some farm fresh eggs for your enjoyment. There is a dinning area and sitting area with a full size bathroom with a claw foot tub. The up stairs is a loft style bedroom with a king size bed, walk in closet, tv, love seat, and private bathroom with a shower. The down stairs has a laundry room with washer, dryer iron and ironing board. Living room with 2 couches, chair, tv, and woodstove. 2 bedrooms one with twin bunk bed and a desk the other has a twin over full bunk bed both have draws for storage. At Wickline Cabin our guests have access to the entire cabin which includes internet access, 2 desk areas, 2 usb ports, (6 person) hot tub, (2) fishing rods, kayaks (life vest provided), firepit (wood provided) picnic table with a power outlet. Text, call, or email is fine. The neighborhood is quiet and the cabin is located at the end of a cul de sac. You might hear the occasional chicken, turkey, or dogs. The Wickline Cabin is minutes away from local grocery stores and even historic downtown Smithfield with many local shops! Please do not flush paper towels, wipes, sanitary products, and tissues down the toilets. The trash can is green and located by the gate at the front of the horse pasture. There is a floating dock that is available to guests. It is located on the other side of the property in deeper water. The ladder on the floating dock can be put down when needed. It has a pin in the right side to loosen the ladder to put in the water. There are two working dogs and numerous farm animals next door to the cabin. They are on an invisible fence system. There is also a dog breeder in the neighborhood with numerous dogs. A horse is housed on the property as well two other dogs that belong to a resident in the apartment on the property. Please be mindful of your animals and have them on a leash at all times.
