Beautiful beach town 2nd floor self contained apartment in antique home! Perfectly located - a short walk to downtown cafes, park and 10 mins. to Westerly beaches. Quiet residential neighborhood. 3 bedroom apartment with ac & heat - kitchen, living room, bath and lovely porch. Mini splits & ceiling fans in BRs Zero contact entry. Family friendly! The first floor owner occupied. Close to casinos, Mystic, Newport, Prov. Stonington, Narragansett, URI and to the best beaches on the East Coast! The space The house is located in a quiet residential area, so the expectation is that there will be quite after 10PM. There is plenty of street parking. The house has a beautiful front porch to relax and I have beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and beach towels for your use. The apartment has AC as well as 3 SMART TVs, ceiling fans, heat, microwave, gas oven, fridge, and basic cooking supplies. The living room has a mantle with electronic candles. The master bedroom has an electric stove/ fireplace for added warmth and ambiance. Guest access Guests enter through the front door keypad and go up the staircase. There is also a second entrance off of the driveway. The entire large, second floor apartment is available to you, as well as the lovely front porch. Other things to note The apartment is large and would accommodate a family with a few kids or two couples with kids. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking essentials such as; toaster, coffee maker, blender, waffle maker, spices and condiments. If you need something and it isn’t there, I probably have it downstairs.
