Welcome home!! Our family home is full of life with our 2 children. It is located in a charming little hamlet close to the center of the village with all amenities. We love colors, nature, the garden and the joy of living, that's what you'll find in our home. The space A large kitchen opens onto a large living room, 2 bedrooms (Adult/160 bed and children 2 90 beds + 1 baby bed), a mezzanine, 2 bathrooms, and a large living room. A large terrace for barbecuing or spending a pleasant time with family or friends. The house is well-equipped (dishwasher, stove, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi etc.) Many toys are available for children: - Indoor games - Outdoor games (swing, cabin...). - Bikes available: balance bike, a 6-year-old child's bike and an adult mountain bike. You will have two gardens at your disposal: - a small orchard/vegetable garden nearby - a closed garden in front of the house In summer, you'll be asked to water the garden to enjoy tomatoes, peppers, salads, zucchini depending on the season. Our cat Moïse, independent, sleeps outside but will need to be fed Guest access The house is in a very good location (35 minutes from the TGV station and 40 minutes from the A6 highway). Other things to note The house is located in a charming hamlet. 200 m from the house is the "La Guye" river. You will discover a beautiful shady and sunny corner, ideal for fishing, swimming, nature and tranquility lovers. And a few minutes away, the forest, hiking trails with beautiful hilly and wooded landscapes. Nature is very present and respected (wooded countryside landscapes), You can reach the center of the village in 10 minutes on foot or by bike and find all the local shops (bakery, deli, grocery store) 10 minutes by car: Cluny, the old town, the National Stud Farm and its famous Abbey, where the medieval city revolves with its unique architecture and history. You will also find many artisans (pottery, basketry etc.), and very good restaurants. You will find the Community of Taizé a 10-minute drive away. But also Cormatin Castle and its beautiful gardens. For soft travel, "La Voie Verte" is 10 minutes from the house. A large bike path in the middle of nature that crosses the entire region (departure from Cluny, Cormatin or Taize) And a little further, 35-40 minutes: The site of Solutré, The Caves of Azé, Blanot, the vineyards (Pouilly Fouissé, Saint Vérand, Cote Chalonnaise, Macon) Come home!!! You will be comfortably installed to discover southern Burgundy and enjoy the calm and nature.
