Our home is focused on technology, engineering, and startups as a gateway to Silicon Valley and San Francisco. We have installed a brand new 4-ton Air Conditioner and Heating System to make your stay comfortable. Everything you need is close by from Grocery Store, Restaurants, Banks, Transportation, 10 Min from the Airport. Enjoy great California weather with a large backyard and BBQ. The space We understand that there are plenty of shared living situations, so why stay with us? 1. The People Our community attracts talented individuals from around the world. The Space Work space is so important and want to make sure you have all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and provide you will all the needed key amenities: - We furnish every room with desks and chairs and we keep a quiet, professional environment so you can work, read, relax, study, and code - 4 Ton newly installed Air conditioning and heater with NEST. - 60 Inch TV with Premium Channels like HBO etc. - High Speed Cable Internet with over 100+ Mbps - Brand New Mattress, Furniture with Storage, Closet Space, Hangers and space to store your luggage. - The house has 2 full bathrooms, lots of storage bins and drawers, hair dryer, Hanger and towel rods to line dry used towels - Linens, Towels and hand towels provided - Brand New High Capacity Washer and Dryer along with laundry supplies and 2 Ironing Boards. - Enjoy the summer in a large well gardened backyard equipped with a BBQ, Patio table and lots of space to enjoy the beautiful California weather. - 2 Parks plus a Walking and Bike Trail - If you ride a bike we even have a bike rack and an air pump. If you want we have rental bikes available for your convenience. - Plenty of parking in the house drive and street parking as well. - Nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. (check out the photos!) 3. Fully Equipped Kitchen We want you to eat well, and feel at home. Along with a large kitchen we have the best cooking equipment - A very spacious kitchen, with a nook, 3 bar stools plus a dining table for 6. - Fully equipped kitchen - Microwave, dishwasher, oven, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, blender etc. - Food Storage - Refrigerator with bins to store food along with Closet with individualized bins for dry groceries - Cookware – Cutlery, Pots, Pans, Chopping Boards, pressure cooker, baking trays, rolling pins. - Supplies – Kitchen is equipped with like paper napkins, kitchen napkins, dishwasher soap, hand soap etc. We have dried herbs and spices in the community cabinet. (check out the photos!) 4. Comfort All furniture and mattresses are new with hypo allergic mattress pad, mattress cover, comforters, pillows and linens. Our mattress and sheets are premium. We provide ear plugs for light sleepers. We want you to have the most comfortable experience possible. Engineer’s Paradise-Private Room is a room with 2 single beds. The room is upstairs overlooking the front yard. There are 2 single twin beds in the room, one walking closets with lots of storage space, laundry basket and hangers, a desk and chair, ceiling fan and a window overlooking front yard giving the room natural light. (check out the photos!) 5. Cleanliness Our house is the cleanest in the area (professionally cleaned twice each week!) For this reason, we ask our guests to respect the space and keep it pristine. We know your time is limited so all you must take care of is your own belongings, clean after the use of the kitchen and your linens. The rest we take care of by cleaning the bathroom, kitchen, rooms, living room, and dining area twice a week. We even provide an option for you to get weekly bed changing service. We also have Brand New High Capacity Washer and Dryer along with laundry supplies and 2 Ironing Boards. Our guest has truly appreciated the high quality of maintenance of the house. Our guests enjoy cooking, sharing meals, attending meetups and events, playing games, watching shows, barbecues, sports and hiking, international culture, discussing tech, business strategy, world affairs, philosophy, etc. Other things to note Myself (Chaitali Shah) am the owner and host, and I personally oversee the house to ensure we provide the best possible facilities to make your stay comfortable. I am an Airbnb Super host with 5-star reviews and have been a professional Airbnb host for over 2 years. We are known for our quick response so if you ever need anything, I am a phone call away. Our rooms are shared, so it's possible that you might share a room with male and female guests.
