The space You will have a queen size bed with an adjoining newly remodeled bathroom. The property is in a quiet and safe neighborhood near tennis courts and walking trails. Parking is either in the driveway or on the street. Guest access Your room is on the first floor and you have access to the den and kitchen on the first floor and outdoor porches and patio. The other bedrooms are on the second floor. Please enter through the side door on the driveway side of the house. During your stay I like to be quiet in the mornings, but I’m available to meet your needs anytime. Texting is a good way to communicate, but if you know I'm around, just give me a holler. If you need something, please do ask, I might have it available or I'll tell you where you can get it. Please feel comfortable with asking me for anything. And I especially want to know if something is wrong. I like to know if you're coming in after dark so I can leave some lights on for you. Other things to note Portland was named the #1 food city in 2019 by Bon Appetit magazine. The food has just gotten better since then. Also the numerous craft beer and spirits. I will be happy to give you some suggestions for places to eat if you narrow down what you're looking for. Seafood, ethnic, take out, upscale, prices, wait times, etc.
