Self introduction: a. Please send us inquiry stating your full identity and introducing yourself and the persons your are traveling with such as your age, occupation, hobbies and your travel plan BEFORE making reservation. We also have to protect ourselves for hosting a new friend. b. Complete ID verifications and use of real personal photo is a MUST for room reservation. Please communicate with host before sending reservation request. c. We only accept your reservation if you will be the one staying at the home-stay. We will not accept the reservation if you are booking for someone else. Extra person is not allowed after confirmed reservation. d. Visitors other than registered guests are not welcome. 4. Transportation: This homestay is not conveniently accessed by public transport. We are happy to share this place with you because of its peaceful and relaxing environment. For having the greenery, there is a little trade off for longer commuting time. a. From Taoyuan airport to our house is about 1.5hrs. We could provide airport pick up service that costs about NTD1500. 5 days advance reservation required. b. You may also take coach from from Taoyuan Airport to Taipei Main Station (1-1.5hrs), then take MRT to Tamsui Station (35-40min). c. From Tamsui MRT station, you could take Bus #875 heading to Bei Xinzhuang, and alight at Xinghua Primary School station. We will pick you up at Xinghua Primary School to our home for free. d. We also provide free pick up service prior check in and after check out for once at Tamsui MRT Station (20-25min). Pick up time to be confirmed after reservation. 5. Food: a. Most restaurants are located in the town area: Qianshui Bay, Sanzhi and Danshui, which take about 15-20min ride from homestay. Supermarket Carrefour is 15min ride from homestay. Convenient Store 7-11 is about 10min ride. b. Dinner: We suggest you finish dinner before check in to reduce your commuting time. c. Breakfast: Breakfast exclusive in the room booking. 6. Check-in & Check-out: a. Check-in: 5pm b. Check-out: 11am c. Luggage storage service is not provided prior check-in or after check-out. 7. The space: a.
