It is a complex with various activities and you will find a relaxed and restful atmosphere. A few steps from Chedraui Selecto, Acapulco Airport, the Imperial Forum, and more. With access to a private beach, swimming pools, a clubhouse, a swimming channel, a playroom, a gym, and a sauna. Steam room, VIP cinema room, volleyball courts, tennis, paddle tennis, bike path. The apartment is furnished and fully equipped for you to have a perfect stay, TV (Netflix), Wifi. The kitchen has everything you need, toaster, blender, microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker. Guest access Upon arrival at the subdivision, you must register in the lobby of the FIJI Tower. At this reception, you will be welcomed and given the keys to the apartment along with the corresponding instructions to receive wristbands for each visitor. This wristband will give you access to all the facilities. Other things to note The development has access to all amenities without restriction. The only thing that has a cost is restaurants, bars and the spa with very affordable prices. There are 2 parking spaces. Finally, I would also like to mention that by internal regulations of the condominium they are requesting a deposit of $5,000 in cash that remains as a guarantee for any damage that may happen during your stay in the common areas, which they return to you upon your departure *in full* if there was no incident, I am very sorry for the inconvenience but it is something beyond our reach, thank you for your understanding. - Please note that if you need to check in early or check out late, there will be an additional cost of $400 and it will depend on availability. Ask directly so that it can be agreed upon in advance, as the apartment may be occupied at that time. PROHIBITED: - Pets are not allowed for any reason - Smoking is prohibited - Visitors who are not registered and staying at the complex are not allowed TO DO. Note 1: For safety reasons, it is important to always bring flip-flops for walking, because cleaning work is still going on and there is a lot of glass in the area, and to avoid any cuts, it is requested.
