Traditional, spacious, two - floor vacation home, in the center of Polygyros, just a 2 minute walk from the main street and 300 meters from the public transport stop. Perfect for families, couples and groups who enjoy the cool mountain climate and amenities found in a larger settlement, but would still like easy access to nearby beaches. Polygyros is close to both the first and second "fingers" of Halkidiki, with Gerakini and Psakoudia beaches just 15 and 20 minutes drive away, respectively. The space The property is a traditional two - floor stone house with thick, insulating walls and extensive woodwork. All rooms have windows, ensuring adequate ventilation and light. They are also equipped with mosquito nets. The weather is cool enough that you will not need an air-conditioning unit throughout the summer, but some fans are provided. For the winter season, radiator heating for all rooms is available. The house features three bedrooms on the upstairs floor and one living room on each floor, with a fireplace on the ground level. The master bedroom features a double bed with a high quality mattress and two orthopaedic pillows, a private bathroom and shower and direct access to the rear entrance. The secondary bedroom is equipped with two comfortable, high mattress quality, single beds, a study and reading spotlights above each bed. The guest-room is equipped with a 2 - in - 1 sliding bed. A double sofa bed is available in each living room, in case you want to bring an extra four friends. To prepare your meals or just a tasty breakfast, a fully equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor with an oven, Nespresso machine, sandwich press, water boiler, a spacious refrigerator and a coffee table. Feel free to use cooking supplies you may find such as virgin olive oil or spices and seasonings. If you are lucky, you may find some wine and chocolate in the fridge as a gift from the previous visitor, or you may be the generous one yourself and leave a surprise of your choice! Apart from the kitchen, you can also take your meals in the separate dining table that comfortably sits 8, or enjoy coffee and breakfast in the balcony overlooking the city of Polygyros, or porch with a view of the private garden. Separate shower and toilet restrooms are available on the ground floor, equipped with a hair dryer and toiletries. An HDMI-ready television set and WiFi are provided, in case you want to plug in your laptop and watch your favourite show, or you can use the provided TV box instead to stream some Netflix.
