FREE WIFI The space Located on the 1st floor of a townhouse, you enter a large living room with a newly equipped open kitchen. There is a large dining table and a sitting area with a flat-screen TV. On the same level, a bathroom with a large shower and a separate toilet. The bedrooms are on the upper level: 2 bedrooms with 140 bed, nightstands, and clothes rack. The third "family" bedroom is furnished with a 140 bed and a bunk bed with 140 on the bottom and 90 on the top, nightstands and clothes rack (each bedroom is equipped with a USB socket to charge or connect laptops). You also have a second bathroom with shower and toilet. A changing table with bathtub is available for baby bathing. Finally, the relaxation area with the 4-seater infrared sauna, an American pool table is at your disposal as well as various games for all ages. On this level, you can access the private enclosed garden with terrace equipped with a garden table, the petanque court and access to the trail that runs along the river through the village. You can access the apartment either on the street side or on the garden side. A closed room allows you to store bikes. Guest access You have a bakery right across the street from the apartment. A path allows you to access the 2 children's gardens, the library and the municipal swimming pool which are 200 m away. Parking is free on the street as well as in the parking lots which are about 100 m away. The "Carrefour" supermarket is 800 m away. The pharmacy is 100 m away. Every Tuesday there is a market in the village square. Many hiking trails start from the center of the village. For fishing enthusiasts, the Lignon and Bathelane pond are a 10-minute walk away. The Velay tourist train station is a 5-minute walk for a steam train ride. Finally, for those who wish, there is no need to use the car during the stay. Other things to note Ideally located, the rental is close to the Lavalette dam (with sailing base), Lake Devesset. We are 8 km from Chambon-sur-Lignon and at the gates of Ardèche which is a 20-minute drive. Le Puy en Velay is 50 minutes by road, Les Estables (small ski resort) 40 minutes. Firminy (Le Corbusier) is 40 minutes away and Lyon is 1.5 hours away. Tence is on the Chemin de Saint Jacques de Compostelle and also the start of many marked hiking and mountain biking trails.
