The check-in agent will charge a refundable damage deposit of $100 to your credit card. • No elevators. Built into the side of a hill and requires ~50 stair steps to get to and from your unit. A shuttle operates until 9 P.M. to take guests from the lobby to their unit. • This recently renovated studio is 388 sq. ft and has two double beds. • The unit has a kitchenette that offers a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, blender, coffee maker, sink, plates, silverware, and more. Please note there is no stovetop or oven. • You have your private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. After a hot day at the beach, your room offers a large flat-screen TV and an AC unit so you can relax and cool down. There is also a safe for you to store your valuables when you're away. • Two on-site restaurants: Sangrias on the Beach (breakfast, lunch, and cocktails) and Caribbean Fish Market for fine dining (Sunday brunch, happy hour, and daily dinner). Other entertainment and restaurant options are about a 10-minute drive to Red Hook. • If you're looking to do much more than lounge at the beach, we recommend having a car. Taxis are also available by calling the front desk. I won't be available in person. If you have any maintenance issues during your stay, please contact the front desk as they can assign the on-site staff to help you out as quickly as possible. Please note that if you are looking for lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance, this might not be an ideal location for you. The building is located in a hilly area that requires driving to get to restaurants and entertainment. There is a restaurant in the building that is open for dinner. More restaurant options are available in Red Hook (10 minutes drive). Parking is limited with only one parking stall assigned per unit. • The studio is located in a timeshare property. There are multiple units of this type, and the property management company assigns the exact unit at check-in. • Infants and children are counted towards maximum occupancy per unit.
