The third house on the property is located behind the other two houses, closer to the entryway. Each house stands independently of the other two homes on the property. The homes can be rented conjointly or may be rented independently of one another. The master suite hosts a queen bed and private bath, with two walkout sliding doors. One guest bedroom offers a queen bed and the other provides two twin beds, that can be joined for a king configuration, if desired. The guest bedrooms share a full bathroom, and a half bathroom is available in the common area for guests. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
