If you just want to relax, hang around the house, and get your “Zen” on, feel free to cook, order in, or enjoy the grill on the furnished deck. The space Top floor features three bedrooms with cable television, Netflix access, and a private full bathroom. The second floor features a full kitchen, dining room, and living/family room with a 55” TV, and half bathroom. The first floor features a 65” TV , surround sound, half bathroom, washing machine, and dryer. Cable television and free WiFi available throughout the home. Guest access There garage is designated for supplies and storage. The rest of the house is all yours! Access includes two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, media room, 3 bathrooms, plus a washing machine and dryer. In short, you’ll have 3 floors all to yourself! Other things to note NO PARTYS, “GET TOGETHERS”, or “Gatherings” after hours. You’re on vacation, but unfortunately our neighbors are not. Occupancy is restricted to you and your guest (innocent get togethers can easily evolve into parties). If you plan to have additional visitation, please contact us in advance to see if we can work something out. QUIET HOURS and NOISE ORDINANCE The Neighborhood Association sets quiet hours at 10pm on weekdays and midnight on weekends. Proudly, I’ve been known to throw a “mean” cook out, however, there are families with small children on both sides so please help us out by being “good neighbors” and “mindful” (shameless zen reference) of loud music and patio noise after these times. SMOKING LIMITATIONS I enjoy a good cigar as much as the next guy, but the guests after you may be sensitive to the smell. But feel free to utilize our furnished patio or (as my close friends and family affectionately call it) “the Smokers Lounge”. DRIVEWAY PARKING ONLY Driveway can accommodate 2 cars. Keep in mind that the neighborhood association does not allow non-resident street parking after 10pm. Violators are subject to towing. But again, NO NEED TO WORRY because YOU have a private driveway. PET RULES I am a dog and cat lover (yes, both) but pets must be crated or CLOSELY monitored at all times. Our furry friends are prone to “accidents” in new surroundings and, unfortunately, our light colored carpet is extremely unforgiving. Registration Details 54889-2019-0
