Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building surrounded by greenery. The two large bedrooms, the large living room and the iron sofa bed offer the opportunity to relax and unwind. The precious, expertly restored furnishings give an elegant touch to the rooms and tell us about ancient traditions. The apartment is equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, wifi, etc.). The space Located in the ancient village of San Basilio, the apartment is located within a 50-hectare farm cultivated with cereals, where several buildings have been renovated in accordance with the original architecture, to be used for agritourism accommodation. Artefacts from an ancient Roman settlement have been discovered on the farm, which has now been unearthed and can be visited all year round. Of considerable historical and artistic interest is the ancient church of San Basilio, dating back to the 10th century, built by the same monks who later built the Abbey of Pomposa and of which it can be considered the younger sister. We are located within the Po Delta Regional Park, a natural area of considerable value, unique for its fauna: about 300 different species of birds stay here, or pass through in the various seasons. Within the Park you can follow different routes both on foot and by bicycle, or you can organize boat trips. For sea lovers, it is possible to reach a wide variety of beaches: from the Ferrara shores to the beaches of Rosolina and Chioggia in a few minutes by car. For lovers of art and architecture, we are located in an area at the crossroads of several cities of considerable artistic interest such as Ravenna, Ferrara, Padua and Venice, to name just a few. The swimming pool with solarium is 150 meters from the house, always on the property available to all our guests and is open from the first Sunday of June until mid-September Other things to note In the large purple room you will find a large Provençal wardrobe from the late 18th century, while in the ocher room you can admire a beautiful collection of frames from different eras and styles.
