Hello dear visitors, we live in a bright 120 sqm old building apartment with high ceilings and beautiful old plank floor. Ideal for groups, couples or single travelers. The space There is a separate bedroom for you in the apartment. Another room with sofa bed is also available. The apartment has a nice little balcony - here you can perfectly enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. There is a separate bathroom and separate toilet. In the living room, you can also make yourself comfortable in front of the TV after a busy city stroll ;)... In the immediate vicinity is a very nice place to drink coffee (Cupital no3), or a refreshing beer garden visit (Hofbräuhaus)! The English garden also starts right down the street behind our house. The perfect base for various activities. Close to subway, tram & downtown! Looking forward to seeing you soon. Guest access Train/tram/bus: The subway and tram stop Max-Weber Platz is 50 meters away on foot. Car: There is paid parking in the area. We recommend Maria Theresia Straße or the area around the Russian Embassy for free parking. Other things to note The apartment is historic, so here are two things to consider: 1) We use gas heating. The heaters work and provide cozy warmth. 2) The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator.
