Cozy Home in Southside Savannah

** 31 day rental minimum ** This home is ideal for any students or visitors coming to GSU Armstrong campus. It is located across the street from campus and is also right outside Hunter Army Airfield. It has everything you’ll need to enjoy a trip in the beautiful city of Savannah. The space House is located just 3 minutes from Georgia Southern Armstrong Campus, 10 minutes from I-95, 15 minutes from Skidaway Island State Park, 20 minutes from Downtown Savannah and about 35 minutes from Tybee Island. For those in health care, this house is located in the same neighborhood as St. Joseph’s hospital! Only 15 minutes from Candler and Memorial Health Hospitals. Near by is Publix, Kroger and of course a Chick-fil-a. The house has a full kitchen with utensils and cooking supplies available for guest use. There is also a washer/dryer in the house, however detergent is not provided. The bedroom with the king size bed is on the first floor along with one of the full bathrooms. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a shared full bathroom. Guest access The entire house is available to the guest. This includes a fenced in back yard.
