As part of Palmas de Cortez Resort, you have access to seaside dining choices, bars, hot tub, wine tasting, sushi bar, gym & fire pits. Fishing boats go most every morning right from our pier. Easy access to the BEST world class guided fishing; tuna, marlin, dorado. Los Barriles, a friendly small fishing town will cook your fish & offer so many dining choices. The space Elevator access to our bright, light-filled condo that runs front to back of the building. We are a corner unit, with unparalleled views. Beautiful tile floors, high ceilings, and breezes. It is a homey space but designed with guests in mind. Lots of drawers and spaces to stow your things. We’ve TRIED to think of everything you would need. Guest access Access to our Villa is via keypad. Lots of people walk this small town, taking in the shops, the restaurants and bars. Many rent cars to scope out the area. Many more rent quads for adventure. Vans come and go from the airport. The resort is so accommodating and helpful in matters like these. Beach walking is right in front of us and it goes on and on. Other things to note No Smoking in our Condo, please. No pets are welcome even though we love them. Length of stay is flexible if Villa is available. We can accommodate your cleaning requirements as needed. $45.00 per cleaning.
