Located 15 minutes to BYU and UVU campuses, 40 to SLC, and 2 minutes to the mouth of the Provo Canyon. The space This basement apartment is tucked away in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Orem. Although our exterior is under renovations, there is plenty of parking on property and a well lit walkway down to the exterior basement entrance. Full Kitchen, Dining Space, Washer/Dryer and Bathroom to share with other booking guests. There are 3 total Private rooms for Airbnb Rental and each room includes a Key to lock your room providing security and privacy. Guest access Your Private room and the Shared Bathroom, Washer/Dryer, Kitchen and Dining Area. During your stay I generally clean the space when needed between 10am-5pm. I will either come through the exterior entrance or the door connecting the upstairs and downstairs. Other things to note This listing is for Room #1 out of 3 in the space. The bunk beds are a little smaller than a twin size bed, perfect for small children. About 5’ in length. The ceilings are a bit shorter than modern builds, about 7’ overall and 6’ in one spot where the ventilation is. Basements tend to be a bit cold naturally. We will provide a space heater upon request for your comfort. Upstairs is occupied by a small family with a toddler. We are committed to making your stay as enjoyable as possible, and we do our absolute best keeping noise between 7am-8/9pm as much as nature allows; kids are unpredictable. Thank you in advanced for understanding. The walls between rooms are not soundproof and we encourage you to use the sound machine we have provided in each room to block out noise from other guests. Please do not hesitate to reach out if fellow guests are being unreasonably loud, especially during the quiet hours of 10pm-7am.
