Fox Point Lake House - Luxury Lakefront Rental!

Featured on Home Shores - Season 2, Episode 1! This one of a kind luxury lake house has plenty to offer. Gorgeous lakefront, private beach, hot tub that overlooks the lake, water views from the main floor and primary bedroom, wood fireplace and the list goes on. Other features include: - 30 mins from Halifax - Cathedral ceilings with A frame front - Built in wet bar with wine and beer fridge - Private sand beach - Salt water hot tub that comfortably sits 7 Check our IG - @foxpointlakehouse The space The main floor is mostly open concept with the kitchen, living room (75 inch smart tv and an n64) and dining room together. On that floor we also have a mud room, fireplace and a laundry room/half bathroom. The top floor consists of the primary bedroom (king sized Endy bed) with en-suite bathroom which includes a shower. That floor also has 2 other bedrooms, one queen sized bed (Endy) and one double. The basement consists of a kids play area, (tv, table, room to play), a bedroom with two single beds as well as a half bathroom. Guest access Our property is close to walking trails (rails to trails) and many beaches (Fox Point Beach, Hubbard Beach, Queensland Beach). In town there is an amazing famers market most Saturdays, an NSLC, gas station, grocery store and a few restaurants. Other things to note *We are pleased to include HST is all pricing (to make it easier for guests to calculate the grand total). HST still applies, but we have worked it into our price. Absolutely no parties - this is a family cottage/lake house and we are strict about no parties of any kind. Including but not limited to bachelor/bachelorette parties. We currently allow a maximum of 3 vehicles. If your party requires more than 3 vehicles there is a carpool parking lot off of exit 6. While we do allow pets, we do charge an additional cleaning fee of $100 and all pets need to be approved by the host. If your pet is approved, please pick up after them during your stay and do not wash them inside (including the bathrooms). We do charge an additional fee of $30 per person over a party total of 4. Visitors are considered guests and need to be confirmed/approved by the host. They will also be subject to the $30 per person fee above 4 guests per day. Items we do not provide: Kids/baby life jackets, beach towels and shower supplies (shampoo, soap, etc!).
