The 3 bedroom home sleeps 6 people in 3 queen beds and an additional 2 on Koala pullout beds upon request. An open plan living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and basic staples is at the top of the first staircase as well as the first bedroom, ensuite and main bathroom/laundry. Up another set of stairs you'll find the spacious second and third bedrooms. This is the perfect base to explore Hobart and beyond. Enjoy walking out your front door, leaving your car behind and within minutes you can be enjoying a meal or drink at one of the many eateries and bars in the city. Free off street parking for one car in the lower carpark, please only use 42B in the lower carpark. Guest access Self check-in with locked key box. Guests enjoy the entire house with off street parking for one car. The car park is tight and requires some maneuvering in large 4WD vehicles. **Please ensure only the bottom 42B carpark is used**. Free parking on the street is also available during set hours. The apartment has 3 sets of stairs. There is an adjoining apartment so we ask that noise is kept to a minimum after 10 pm and strictly no parties. Other things to note There is a labyrinth of Huon Pine stairs in this property. They are an amazing feature but you should be aware as it won't be suitable for someone with mobility issues. The property is professionally cleaned top to bottom including laundered linen to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness is offered to our guests. If sofa beds are required under the 6 people there is a $35 surcharge per bed. I.E 5 adults use all the queen beds and 1 sofa bed is required for a child, it’s an extra $35 in total. Being a Heritage building there may be a bit of paint flaking off here and there.
