The space The house is located in the new center of Playa del Carmen, in a condominium with extensive common areas. It faces the main pool with a pergola featuring a living room, dining room, bar, and barbecue area. The pool has lap lanes and a shallow area for children, equipped with umbrellas, lounge chairs, tables, and coolers. Its extensive garden features children's playground equipment and palapas. The second pool is located at the back of the condominium and is more private and equipped with a pergola with a lounge, umbrellas, and lounge chairs. The house measures 145 m2 and is on two levels. It has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The entire space has windows that make it cool and provide excellent natural light. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, which will allow you to prepare your own meals, a gas stove with oven, and a gas stove. The tap water is not drinkable, but you will find a water bottle to purchase purified water, as well as dish soap and trash bags. You'll find the access card for the condo's main gate on the property. Guest access Access to the condominium is through an electric gate. There is a 24-hour security booth where you will register for the first time, so if you are bringing a vehicle, you will need to have a card that I will give you upon arrival.
