The space Welcome to Madhuvan! 🌿 A peaceful, family-run homestay on half an acre where we live with our pets and nature in harmony. We offer 3 private stays: ✨ Agam – Spacious Family Suite with Attic & Dry Kitchenette 🌲 Jungle Cabin – Rustic Glamping (luxury camping in nature with basic comforts) 🌿 Jungle Studio – Modern, cozy, and well-equipped --- House Rules 1. Check-in & Check-out 🕑 Check-in: After 2 PM 🕚 Check-out: Before 11 AM 2. Bonfire & BBQ (DIY) 🔥 Bonfire – ₹600 per bundle 🍗DIY BBQ Kit – ₹1000 (includes 1kg marinated chicken, grill & coal) – Please order 24 hrs in advance 3. Food 🥞 We serve only breakfast in-house – ₹150/person (please pre-order 24 hrs in advance) 🍽️ For lunch and dinner, there are plenty of cafés nearby and reliable delivery options available 4. Air-Conditioning ❄️ Optional – ₹350/night (available in all 3 rooms). Hills are mostly cool, but summers can surprise us! 5. Bedrooms 🚭 No smoking, food, or alcohol inside the rooms – we have lovely outdoor spaces for that! 6. Quiet Hours 🔕 10 PM to 5 AM – enjoy the peace and sounds of nature 7. Pets 🐾 Mojo & Jojo, our friendly untied pets, are part of our home – they love meeting kind humans! 8. Parking 🚗 Street parking with CCTV. Drop-off inside allowed for differently-abled guests. 9. Network & WiFi 📶 Jio & Vodafone 4G work well. WiFi is available but may be patchy at times – hill station charm! 10. Room Guide – Agam: A large suite for 4 with an attic, dry kitchenette & private sit-out – Jungle Cabin: Rustic glamping – a cozy, immersive nature experience – Jungle Studio: Modern and comfortable, with a private balcony & mini kitchenette 11. A common Washroom is available for Drivers, However We don't have lodging facilities for Drivers or Maids 12. A Homely Experience We’re a simple, heartfelt B&B – not a resort. Come as guests, leave as family! Payment & Cancellation 💰 We request 100% advance. As a small homestay, we’re unable to offer refunds for cancellations – thank you for understanding Guest access The Complete space. With 8000sq ft Garden Space During your stay We reside in the same Compound for any assistance. Other things to note 1. "Ongoing Development in the Area" There is some construction happening on a nearby street, and the approach road may have minor debris at times which is beyond our control. While it doesn’t affect the stay experience, we recommend driving in with a little care. Rest assured, our property remains peaceful and comfortable for your getaway! 2. No mixed Couples or dual couples allowed as this is a single bedroom with an attached attic only. Guests will be screened only if we feel comfortable we shall take the reservations. 3. Our pets reside with us too. 4. Try planning your holiday with us on a weekday to enjoy more of the Silence and solitude of Nature, Weekends the whole town is on a Party mode buzzing with Tourists. Note: We live on-site and personally handle housekeeping. Fresh linens are used for every guest, though due to the hill station climate and lack of sun, there may be a mild musty smell as we air-dry. All essentials are stocked, but if you prefer specific toiletries or towels, we recommend bringing your own.
