Two bedrooms & one bathroom in private loft conversion with parking on the south-side of Edinburgh. King size bedroom with en-suite bathroom & double bedroom, bathroom is shared between both bedrooms with access only through king size room. The downstairs is not available to guests, so this is unsuitable for guests looking for accommodation with a kitchen and living room. The space has large beds, cupboards & drawers, a tv but no additional seating. Coffee, kettle and a fridges is provided. The space The upstairs is completely separate for guests so it’s feels very private with en-suite bathroom for the king size room shared between both bedrooms. The bathroom is located only in the king size bedroom so the only access to the bathroom for the adjacent double bedroom is walking through the king size bedroom. So this is generally not suited for guests that aren’t a family, unless you don’t mind the shared bathroom/space. Access to the to the private two bedrooms and one bathroom loft conversion is upstairs through the main front door. My partner and I use a separate back door access so the loft space for Airbnb is separate with your own door/entrance. Please note that this is a loft conversion so normal height in the center but sloping at the sides. Kettle with tea, coffee and milk provided in each bedroom as well as a small fridge. There is a television in the king size room and a small selection of games and books, as well as a cupboard for coats and chest of drawers for clothes if needed. Other things to note The cottage is enclosed with a private drive so feels secluded but is on the main road that takes you to the city center. The Bus stop to and from the city center are located directly outside the cottage and the 31 bus takes approx 20 min or more depending on traffic to Princes street. The busses are every ten minutes to and from the city center. There is the airport link bus stop which is approx 5-8 min walk down the hill.
