Our fully equipped, newly updated, and comfortable home is conveniently located in Castro Valley, the heart of the San Francisco Bay Area. Historical sites, breathtaking nature, and local cuisine and shopping is accessible by foot, bicycle, train/metro (BART), and quick drive. We welcome both long and short stay guests. The space In the San Francisco Bay Area, Castro Valley enjoys more sun and glorious weather being situated in a valley. It is also one of the most convenient homebase locations to travel throughout the Bay Area, including easy trips to San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Napa or Sonoma, Half Moon Bay, Santa Cruz, Lake Tahoe, Yosemite National Park or any number of local wilderness areas to hike, bike, or picnic. We really enjoy living in Castro Valley because of the strong sense of community, free parking, unmatched sunny weather, access to nature and beautiful vistas, and being in a central location in the Bay Area. We welcome guests from around the world and locally, both coming to the Bay Area for pleasure or for short and long stay business trips. The space is sunny, inviting, and fully equipped for cooking and dining. Other things to note -Optional sleeping furnishings available at additional charges: -Air Mattress: The charge for the air mattress is $15.00 per night -Portable Bed: The charge for the portable bed is $25 per night. -Crib: The charge for the Crib is a one time set up fee of $50. -Play Pin: The charge for the play pin is for $25 per stay. -High Chair: The charge for the high chair is $25 charge per stay. -There are two security cameras installed in the property. One outside the front door and the other outside the back door.The cameras are turned off once the guests are checked in. -An additional cleaning fee of $195 will be changed when the stay is 10 days or more -One pet is allowed at the normal rate of $50 per stay. A second pet is allowed at an additional charge of $50 per stay. The maximum pets allowed are two pets.
