The home comfortably accommodates groups with four private bedrooms and ample living space. Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms: -Primary Bedroom: King bed, fold-down couch, vaulted ceiling, en-suite bathroom with and a washer/dryer. -Guest Bedroom 1: King bed. -Guest Bedroom 2: King bed. -Private Detached ADU: Full bed, offering extra privacy. Additional Bathroom: Second full bathroom with a dual vanity and tub/shower combo Family & Pet-Friendly Amenities: Crib, pack and play, children's books, and toys available. Your furry friends are welcome to join your Portland adventure. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, including the private detached ADU, the expansive deck, and both full bathrooms. The main kitchen is fully accessible, and a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker are conveniently located adjacent to the primary bedroom. Ample free parking is available with 6 driveway spaces ensuring easy arrival for all guests. Other things to note Property Maintenance: Our gardener visits every other week for 30 minutes or so weekday mornings after 9am. We may also briefly stop by to set out the garbage on Thursday evenings or to test the hot tub chemicals. Hot Tub: The 7-person spa is a complimentary amenity offered as a bonus to our guests, free of charge. Should any issues arise, we will do our best to fix it promptly. However, we do not guarantee the spa's availability, and no refunds will be issued for spa-related issues. Potential for Noise: Guests who are sensitive to noise should be aware that one side of the property is adjacent to a busy road. Security: For your safety and security, there are exterior security cameras on the property. Long-Term Stays: For any booking of 30 days or longer, the cleaning fee is $400. Due to the nature of hosting back to back guests and the rental being a single unit, we can not accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. This is a firm rule and allows our house cleaner to dedicate the full time required to prepare the space. If you're flying in early, please consider renting the night before as well.
