We have our beautiful house near to IT hub and to the Airport just 15 minutes drive from the airport and 10 mins drive to all Major Shopping malls like Phonix,Grand Mall,PVr Cinemas,Cinepolis,Marina Mall ,Our Food Street,D mart and IT Parks ,Central Railway station is 12 KM away and Koyembedu Bus station is 13 KM Away . The space Welcome to our airconditioned luxury rooms .We Have 2 Bed Rooms,Depends on your booking the bedrooms will be allocated, If you Book for 2 Adults we provide you one Bedroom (the rest of the unbooked rooms will be locked.Wont be shared with anyone) and if you book for 4 Adults we provide you both the bed rooms. The house Fitted with kitchen, lobby , TV, ,kettle,fridge mixer grinder and you name it it's there. We value the presence of good people at our sweet home and would like to share our culture,hospitality and comforts with our valued guests. Our house situates in a clean and well built lay out. The lay out has nearby decent restaurants,bars and Spas of your choice. Near the lay out also boasts of shops and shopping centres selling quality/branded items of cloths, leather goods, eatables etc. Guest access We have two bed rooms which can accommodate 4 to 6people (with extra bed ) and the guests can utilise the kitchen , hall and we would say the entire house is for our guests who can use them as their own. Power Back up : Only Inverter power backup for Lights and fan Kitchen:- Please help yourself to use the kitchen (Dry kitchen) with our basic cooking ware & utensils( LIMITED ) (Gas Charges Applicable) Remember to wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving. Trashbags are kept underneath the sink and at car park, dispose all when check out . To maintain the safety of other guest and apartments , we will close the main gate by 11 pm every day ,in case of any emergency or late check in or checkout please request us prior . NOTE: Due to recent activity by Chennai Corporation to develop the Drainage system the roads was digged and layer with mud ,so it may be a bumpy ride in some streets still can be accessed by car & Bike . Guest access We have wide range of Food Courts and restaurants near by Faroozi,rasavid,the Pind,Sangeetha,Adyar Anandha Bhavan,Star Briyani,Pizza hut etc NOTE: Due to recent activity by Chennai Corporation to develop the Drainage system the roads was digged and layer with mud ,so it may be a bumpy ride in some streets still can be accessed by car & Bike .
