Our comfortable yacht is available for your luxurious stay on the San Joaquin Delta! Stay overnight on your way to Yosemite or Tahoe. Bring a ski boat, wakeboard/ski & discover the Delta & its waterfront restaurants then relax in luxury on your yacht. Island Oasis DOES NOT leave the berth, but to enjoy overnight. Boating is a seasonal adventure and pricing does reflect this. For me, summer is the best when you can enjoy the SUPs, Kayak and Paddleboat, others prefer the wildlife in winter. The space We have our yacht docked on the Premium first dock-AAA. This gives you an open view of the Marina guest dock, restaurants, and incredible sunsets over the Yacht Club. Walk down past the restaurants and you have a beautiful view down a long channel where Delta wakeboarding is fantastic. If you are a business person working in Stockton, everything you need is on this yacht including a hand steamer for your jacket. The Island Oasis is our home away from home. Village West is the largest covered Marina in NORCAL with two great restaurants, Bob's (fantastic breakfast menu & burgers) and Garlic Brothers (careful of the Mai-Tais). Great bands on Thursdays thru Saturday. Summer Mondays all entrees are $12. Summer Tuesdays are Taco Tuesdays with 1/2 price pizza and a band. They stop serving meals around 8:30 and turn into a bar with dancing on band nights. There is an In-Shape Health Club right next to our dock with tennis courts, a heated outdoor pool sauna, and spa, ($16 per day). We do have tennis racquets available too. Please call me to request. A grocery store, Marina Market is less than a 1/2 mile down the road at Ben Holt and I 5. TV is local stations, but we have Roku with Amazon Prime, Netflix etc. and DVD selection. Wi-Fi is Barefoot Bay- Marina Wi Fi, (password onboard.) We try!!! Guest access You will have access to the entire yacht. The Captain & Owner, Wendy, will show you how to manage the power and provide the keys. The yacht is not permitted to leave the dock. We want to be clear AirBnB can only reserve sleeping on a parked boat. The key fob I will give you for entrance to AAA dock also allows you behind the security gates of the Marina so you can enjoy the walk (3/4 of a mile) to the Yacht club. You can also park your car behind these gates for extra security or when the parking lot is full because of a great band playing at Garlic Brothers. This key fob also allows you into bathrooms, showers and laundry facilities on your walk to the yacht club and "owners only" bathroom at Bob's. Relax and have fun. Please treat the Island Oasis yacht as gently as if it were your own. It is designed for comfort, tranquility, and entertaining. There is a manual on the boat with instructions on wi-fi, electrical panel, marine toilets and of course information on local restaurants and wineries. Please sign a release form in the black binder before using water toys such as paddleboards, kayak, fishing equipment and paddleboat. Always use a life jacket. We do have plenty onboard. Drowning / Electrocution is always a risk when around Water/Docks. On the water, turn to your left at the Marina exit and play with the water toys there. You are out of the exit path to and from the Marina and people have to slow to 5 miles per hour making this a safer place to play. Other things to note Island Oasis is a seasonal adventure. The summers are fantastic! Water is warm 76-78 degrees with beautiful evenings. Winters are very different. Many people love Winter, as the Marina is so quiet & you can enjoy the Egrets, Ducks, Canadian Geese, maybe a Turtle or a Sea Lion, if lucky. We often enjoy glorious sunsets. I would recommend a wetsuit in winter if you wish to paddleboard. ALWAYS wear a life Jacket and sign the release on the yacht before using any of the water toys. By law children under 13 years, are required to wear a life jacket at all times while on a dock or aboard a boat. For everyone's safety, we require that all persons staying on the boat are at least 13 years. This yacht is a 30-year dream for my family, and we spend hours maintaining to be ready for your stay. As you can see from our reviews, we take the utmost pride to provide a clean and tidy space for our guests, but if there are extensive mess and damage it will disrupt guests who may have the following reservation.
