The Coral Sea Casa is directly on the ocean on Vilano Beach with magnificent views! The full tiki bar with outdoor kitchen is great for hosting your family cookouts! Minimum age to rent is 25. Dogs permitted with pre-approval and pet fee of $100. Events are permitted on a case by case basis and an event fee will apply. The space You may enter at the side door downstairs or up the outdoor side stairs to second floor. The first floor has 3.5 bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has a bunk space with doors that allow you make the bunk beds part of the room or close the doors for privacy. This room also has a queen bed. The first floor bedroom facing the ocean has some ocean views. It has a king bed and a sofa. This room sleeps 2. The bedroom at the front of the house has a queen bed. The 2nd floor has two living room areas, two dining areas, the kitchen, a full bath, a queen bedroom and large sliding doors out to the ocean-facing deck. The home is fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen items, and games. Each bedroom has a smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon, using your own login. On the patio, there is a huge tiki bar complete with outdoor kitchen! You can store items in the mini fridge, use the propane grill, or the griddle while lounging at the bar listening to the ocean waves. Outside is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach. There is also a shed that has most of the items you will need for the beach, including lounge chairs, beach mats, snorkel, etc. Paddle boards, surf boards, and a foam surfboard are mounted on a rack in the side yard. There is WiFi but no cable TV. Guests will have full access to the property. Parking is available for up to 6 cars.
