Friendly household with cosy room in quiet area

This special place is 1 mile from Stroud town centre and also a mile from the train station. There is an Aldi supermarket within a 2 minute walk. The house is located in a quiet, sought after area on the outskirts of the cotswolds. Please be aware that the property has other rooms that generally are occupied. Please also be aware that there is a cat that lives at the property. The space The Airbnb room is the first door on the left hand side as you go in the property. Please feel free to use all downstairs rooms and any amenities you may need. The bathroom is located on the first floor. It’s on the right hand side at the top of the stairs. Please be aware that there are 2 other rooms that are private that you will not be able to access. These are other bedrooms that are occupied the majority of the time. PLEASE NOTE There is a cat at the property, be aware in case of allergies Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 9pm Smoking is strictly not permitted inside or outside of the property Guest access There is off road parking. On occasions you will get a space right outside the property. It’s rare that you would not find a space within 50 yards of the property. There are some nice hiking spots and we are right next to the cotswolds way. During your stay I will ensure guests receive my mobile phone number upon booking. I do my best to be on hand to support guests to settle in and like to go above and beyond when I can to ensure my guests have a positive experience.
