This independently owned and operated, nearly 500 square foot, 1-bedroom, ground-floor end unit is the only 1-bedroom condo in its homeowners association to have windows on 2 sides (2 south-facing and 2 west-facing)—offering multiple vantage points for taking in the breathtaking environs, sunrises and sunsets, and symphony of sounds. Fall asleep to Superior’s waves, or the babbling creek that meanders alongside the unit just a few feet away from your bedroom window. Enjoy all the modern conveniences you’ll need to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including a fully stocked kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, spa-like shower with both overhead rain and handheld fixtures, air conditioning, free WiFi, king bed, and ample dresser & side-table drawers for conveniently storing clothes and other belongings during your stay. The condo is in a quiet 32-unit building that is well-maintained by a full-time maintenance person and live-in caretaker.
