This is a private bedroom with private bathroom and small balcony, new Air Con unit. It is located 3 mins to Renfe, 5 mins to Centre, 7 mins to tram station and 20 mins to the city beach. It has a brand new AC unit for hot and cold air, a portable fan. We provide bed linens and towels. You can use the AC unit at any time, just need to collect the condensation water with a bottle provided as slippery floor could lead to injuries of pedestrians. The space This private bedroom is located in an apartment of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has its own bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. You can use the kitchen to cook, it’s equipped with all normal cooking utensils, pans and pots, microwave, fridge and washing machine. You can use the washing machine for free from 9am to 9pm. It will be switch off after 9pm to avoid waking up the neighbors. Detergent is not included. Guest access You will have 3 keys: the one to the building, the one to the first floor apartment and the one to your room. You can lock it from inside and outside. For the safety of everyone, only booked guests are allowed to enter the building. During your stay You can come in and out at anytime with keys, however, you are not allowed to bring non-guests into the apartment for safety and health concerns. Other things to note Due to the Covid, we want to keep the common space as clean and as safe as possible. Only booked guests are allowed into the apartment. Once you check out, you can not enter the apartment again. We can keep your bags after check out downstairs.
