This is a very clean and bright 1 bedroom basement apartment with your own living room ,bathroom and kitchen nook (no cookstove or kitchen sink) . We do live upstairs so if you need anything we are close by. There is a big yard for you to enjoy and gazebo. Lot's of parking. We have a lot of guest's visiting Grand Bend ..it is 26 km from our house (25 Minute Drive) . Come see what small town living feels like. FYI 2 Guest's Only/Not Suitable For Children/Babies/Pets..Thanks The space Your welcome to use the outdoor gazebo and horseshoe pits . Lot's of white squirrels also. Please do not ask to use fire pit....we do not have a permit. Please do not ask if extra people can stay...we prefer 2 people only...Thank You Smoking is permitted outside only. Our place is not suitable for children or pets. Guest access Guest's do have access to washer , dryer. upon request. We live upstairs so if you need anything I'm sure we will have it. We do have personal stuff in the Air BNB space. Please be respectful of that. Other things to note There is a toaster oven, microwave & coffee maker....coffee & tea supplied, along with fruit , juice , granola bars, water , ice, salt & pepper. There is no cookstove in apartment.
