Kozicot provides the ideal getaway, a listed cottage that has been newly refurbished with all mod cons. Set in the heart of a peaceful village near the river severn, adjacent to a shop and cafe. Well appointed 2 large bedrooms (available as 2 Kings or 4 singles), with unspoilt views, private parking, 2 reception rooms (sofa bed to cater for groups of 6), hot tub, bathroom, shower room and upstairs wc. Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob and full oven. Washer dryer in utility. The space Kozicot is a characterful cottage, with some low ceilings and beams in the original part of the building comprising the living room, dining area, and steep stairs up to 2 large bedrooms - available as any combination of 1 Kingsized bed or 2 singles per room, and a w/c. In the new part of the building however the ceilings are not an issue - the kitchen, utility, bathroom and shower rooms are all fully equipped and provide easy access out to the rear patio. There is a private hot tub in the rear patio area exclusively for guest use, and upstairs there's a W/C to reduce the need to go downstairs in the night. Wifi is available throughout and there are smart TVs in each of the bedrooms and the living room. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Please bear in mind that given the property's age there are low ceilings and beams, and the stairs are steep.
