Beautifully situated house in the middle of a holidays Region "Wörthersee". Enjoy the quiet edge of the forest and a spectacular mountain view. In a few minutes you can reach several lakes and attractions. Car parking in front of the house (2 cars). The space Look for the stunning view from the 360° degree Webcam on the watchtower (called "Pyramidenkogelturm")!!! You´ll find it easily via websearch. Unfortunately direkt links will be hidden at airbnb. Guest access The house is completely yours. You have access to all areas. Other things to note In principle check-in-time is flexible. Prefered check-in is in the afternoon and at latest at 8pm. The exact time has to be announced and accepted/confirmed from both sides. ATTENTION: Guests have to pay taxes to the local municipality for each day of their stay separately. The fee is 2,00 € per person and day. People younger than 16 years are free of charge. The tax-fee hast to be paid to the host when you check-in. So please consider that you agree to pay the separate taxes at the check-in when you send a booking request. If the booking is confirmed and you don´t cancel you have to pay the amount for the tax according to the conditions mentioned above.
