Designed by an architect, the house is new and fully air-conditioned. With an area of 180 m2, the house is fully south-facing, very bright with bay windows overlooking the pool and garden. The accommodation is reserved just for you, as well as the garden and pool. The house includes on the ground floor: a large terrace overlooking the pool with a gas barbecue; a large equipped and open kitchen; a large living room, a master suite with a bathroom (walk-in shower) and a dressing room, a second bedroom with two single beds and a separate toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with its Italian shower, a bathroom and a separate toilet. A third bedroom with shower room is available from 9 guests (extra charge). Our beautiful village of Assas, typical of Occitania, is a short walk from the house. You will find local shops: grocery store, bakery, post office, pharmacy, restaurant. There are many beautiful hiking trails and mountain bike trails in the scrub just behind the house. You will be ideally located between the sea and the Cevennes. 15-30 minutes by car from many activities in the region: the beaches, the city of Montpellier, the Pic Saint Loup park and the Hérault gorges.
