The space 3 Stories, all w/ direct water views and balconies from all three levels providing an abundance of natural light. Each bedroom has its own deck w/ sliding doors/screens and seating to enjoy the views. Floor 1 - open kitchen/living w/outdoor patio/dining, grill, communal island, fireplace, powder bath, and TV. Floor 2 - 2 bedrooms* and bathroom. Bedroom #1 two twin beds Bedroom #2 one double, one single, and one single trundle bed underneath Floor 3 - large master bedroom and bathroom w/ TV. 1 queen size bed *Note: bedroom 3 has 1 double bed and 1 twin w/ a trundle bed underneath . This room is ideal for smaller children if you plan to sleep 4 people. Guest access Access to community pool, bayside lawn and dock, and free open parking (2 spots marked Unit 22 guaranteed) Other things to note Crab cages and 2 person kayak w/ paddles and life vests available for use. Also, Please note as listed on the site’s amenities, we do not provide linens and towels, a practice that has been recommended since COVID and most of our guests prefer bringing their own anyway as it is more personal.
