The studio is super well located, walking distance to supermarkets, 24-hours convenience store, hospital, pharmacy, recreational park by the beach and more. The space Our beautiful and remodeled small studio is equipped with a queen bed, a twin sofa bed, air conditioned, high speed wifi, smart TV, pots and pan, utensils, basic condiments, coffee machine, an iron, beach towels. On the first floor, you will find coin operated washers and dryers. No need to rent a car if you are planning to stay only in San Juan, but if you are looking to explore the island and decide to rent a car, the building offers parking on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will find outside parking and gated parking at this location. For those in need to do get some work done while away on vacation, our studio offers a chair, desk and high speed internet.
