This room is on ground level, with fresh air piped in 24/7 as it has no window. Reverse cycle Air conditioner in the room (heating and cooling) and ceiling fan. The house has chlorine and chemical free water filtration system to the whole house. Guest access The whole house is for you to enjoy, apart from guest bedrooms, as well as my bedroom and my office. If you own a vehicle and are working in the mines you can arrange to leave your vehicle here at a small charge, although better to use to commute to airport and store there nearly same cost as a taxi/uber to and from the airport. It is requested you empty your rubbish bin, leave door open and turn back bed linen on leaving. Cleaning to common areas is done twice a week, we never touch your room that is your private space, however it is thoroughly cleaned and bed linen changed on vacating and second set of bed linen and towels provided. During your stay This house is two houses in one. With a separate entrance, bedrooms, kitchen living and two bathroom/toilets and off street parking. I live separately upstairs with separate kitchen.
