We are members of the North Shore Beach Property Owners Association (NSBPOA), giving you access to more than a mile of private beaches, with protected (life guard monitored - Memorial Day to Labor Day) swimming areas and access to NSBPOA events during your stay. Regarding beach access, the NSBPOA owns 1.25 miles of beach in Rocky Point. As such, beach access is private for association members. The NSBPOA maintains three beach access points. One of those three access points is Friendship Beach. We are one house away from Friendship Beach. There is a path on the south side of the house that will lead you down to Friendship Beach but we recommend that you drive around the corner if you have a number of things like chairs and umbrella and cooler, etc that you want to bring down to the beach - all of which we provide. Note that there are steps from the Friendship Beach parking lot, down to the Beach. Other things to note No garage. No driveway. Park on the lawn, on either side of the stone path from the street to the front door, or park on the street.
