Downtown loft, walk to all the action, charming

This rental is in the heart of downtown Cape with all the restaurants, nightlife and shopping at your leisure. It is an airy upper unit on the corner of Themis and Spanish streets just one block from the mighty Mississippi. The owner's law office is housed on the main level. Included is king size bed, queen pull out couch, full size futon, and queen air mattress. Come and relax on the spacious deck and enjoy the local flair. The space Located on Mississippi River which also hosts a railroad through downtown. Some whistles of the railroad will be heard throughout your stay. This is also in a bar and entertainment district. Bars close at 1:00 AM. so it is not uncommon to hear pedestrian and street traffic. If you are a light sleeper, you might be advised to bring some ear plugs for sleeping. Our unit does have a small "sound machine" which has multiple settings for white noise, etc. Also included are disposable plates, napkins, utensils, wine bottle opener, extra pillows and blankets. Guest access The entire upper unit is yours. This includes a living room, master bedroom, full bath, kitchenette area, foyer, private deck. There is a small gate at top of stairs. There is no access for you to go downstairs into the law office. Other things to note No pets please Bedroom TV has Spectrum cable app. Living room TV has apps for the guest to sign into with their own accts such as Netflix, Apple TV, etc.
