Quiet and yet everything is easily accessible. - University clinic is 300 meters away. - Restaurants, supermarket - (REWE, 550 meters away) - Bus and tram stop in the immediate vicinity (within walking distance in about 5 minutes). - The Rhine (1 km away) - Parks nearby (Uhlenbergpark 500 m, Südpark 1 km) invite you to relax. - The trade fair, airport, center, old town and media harbor are easily accessible by public transport. The space You sleep on two sofa beds, foldable. You have a smart TV available and a desk with laptop + Windows 11 and Office. One child, one small child and two adults can sleep in the apartment. The two beds are pushed together and then you can sleep with three people on the beds, a small child then sleeps in the crib next to it. Please ask and clarify in advance, thank you. For each guest, a fee of 3 euros is payable per night (accommodation tax). The money must be placed on the table upon departure or can also be transferred.
