We offer to spend time in a beautiful apartment with an unforgettable panoramic view from the 15th floor to the center of Sochi and the sea. Two bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a bathroom and two panoramic balconies with floor-to-ceiling glazing. The house is located 10 minutes walk from the Riviera amusement park with attractions, a dolphinarium, numerous cafes and the Green Theater. The well-maintained Riviera city beach with excellent infrastructure is within a 20-minute walk. The space The apartment has been newly renovated, new appliances and furniture have been installed. Each room has a modern TV and air conditioning. The apartment is also equipped with a microwave, 2-chamber refrigerator, electric stove with oven, toaster, kettle, dishes and cutlery, washing machine, dishwasher, bedding, towels. In the hall there is a dining table with 4 chairs and a fold-out double sofa bed. The 1st bedroom has a large double bed, two tall wardrobes and a dresser. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk single bed with a fold-out double sofa bed underneath, a wardrobe and a desk with shelves. There is a separate dressing room, iron, hairdryer, ironing board, floor drying rack. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Beautiful panorama of the city and sea! AJ Hackett Sochi Skypark is an extreme park on the way to the mountains to Krasnaya Polyana. The central place in it is a jump from the longest suspension bridge in the world from a height of 208 m. The Rosa Khutor resort in Krasnaya Polyana is the best winter ski resort in Russia. The observation tower on Mount Akhun with a beautiful panorama of the Sochi and the Caucasus Ridge.
