The space Ideal apartment for two people, but accommodates three to four people, if you want more information about the accommodation just ask. In addition to the double bed, a single-size beanbag bed and a single mattress are available (there is no single bed). The air conditioner is in the bedroom, in the living room there is only a ceiling fan (in the photo of the room there is an air conditioner, but it has been deactivated). The sofa is made of genuine leather and is not a sofa bed, I always put a cover on it so that it can be cleaned after each guest. The common and leisure areas are pleasant and safe, and we have rotating parking. Regarding pets, please consult. Guest access The only restriction is the ballroom (indoor space). The laundry is for shared use, is located in the common area of the condominium and the washer and dryer are industrial OMO machines. To use it, you will need to download the app, and payment is made through your personal credit card. The products are OMO brand and are already included (not optional). Other things to note This apartment is a residential, family, and very quiet space. I am a teacher and live here during the year, only renting for a short period during the season. The apartment is in excellent condition, with well-kept and maintained walls, furniture and utensils. Clean, pleasant environment, and again I emphasize that the environment is family-oriented. The apartment does not have a garage. In the common area there is a rotating parking lot. Just ask if you have any questions. The apartment does not have a laundry room, but in the condominium there is a collective laundry room with OMO washing and drying machines (the liquid soap and softener are from OMO itself and are already included, not optional). Payment is made by credit card. As for the cleaning fee, the amount charged is R$200.00. The condominium has rules of coexistence.
