The space On the ground floor, it has: A living room and kitchen of more than 40 m² with: - A living room area with a 4-seat sofa, 3 individual armchairs and a coffee table, - A large family table for 6 people, extendable to 10 people, - A kitchen equipped with induction stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Blender, toaster, electric kettle, teapots, quality pots and pans and all necessary dishes, plates and cutlery. 1 separate toilet on the ground floor 1 double bedroom with comfortable 160 x 200 bedding and an en-suite shower room (towel dryer radiator) on the ground floor with garden views. Upstairs: - 1 bedroom on the garden side with comfortable 180 x 200 bedding and a desk for potential remote working needs, - 1 bedroom on the garden side with 90 x 200 bunk bed and an extra mattress if needed, - 1 street-side bedroom with a 2 x 90 x 200 double sofa bed + 1 pull-out bed.
