Arch cape is 4 miles south of the Cannon Beach but you'll fall in love with the quietness of this great community. 3rd house off the beach with nice ocean views from the front windows & porch. Great Sun exposure to the front porch most of the day. Very short walk to beach. Located off the North coast senic highway & borders Oswald State park with great hikes & beaches. Arch Cape is a wonderfull long beach to explore. You can walk to Hug point or Arcadia beach during low tides. The space The cottage is 705 sq ft but is open & roomy for size. 2nd bedroom access is a door thru 1st bedroom. 3rd sleep room is a small crows nest w 2 single beds. Crows nest has the best ocean view in the house. Guest access Whole house. Cottage has a large back yard and sunny front porch. Other things to note Cottage is located at the end of a dead end street with only 4 houses total. 3others are vacation rentals , directly across is full time residence. Please be respectful of noise and outside lights after 10 pm. Parking is in front of garage. Any cars directly in front of house impedes neighbors access.
