Cozy private bedroom with a queen size bed & lots of amenities, including a 32 inch Roku TV, and in room coffee maker. There is a private bathroom available as well as off street parking on RV pad to the left of the garage. House has a fenced in backyard and is in a quiet residential neighborhood in NE Pensacola very near West Florida Hospital, and not far from downtown as well as Pensacola airport. Kitchen privileges and washer dryer available. Pet friendly. No check in after 8:00 p.m. The space The guest bedroom/bathroom are on opposite side of house from Master bedroom suite. The queen bed has a firm mattress. The closet has hangers and space for your clothing. There are also some empty bureau drawers. Guest access Kitchen privileges Washed/Dryer Fenced in back yard During your stay I live in this home and am happy to answer questions and engage with my guests as much as they want and/or need when I am there. Other things to note I am near the airport so you can hear planes occasionally, but they don't fly between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
