Miao's private room

The apartment is a private apartment with 3.5 rooms, where the guests live in owen bedroom of 13 sqm with a double bed. There is a 38 sqm living room with a new 58" TV. there is a big table in the living room, it is comfortable for homework and study. The owner shares the bathroom ,toilet and the modern kitchen with you. There is off-street parking under the apartment, 5 minutes walk to kaufland, 10 minutes walk to shopping center and sbahn station goldberg. Other things to note 1corona: a negativ test should be showed. 2not allowed to smoke in the room, it is okey on the balcony. 3no pets 4no parties and no other visitors for sleeping during the night 5 no breakfast is included, but you can use the kitchen to prepare your own food.
