Ideal for enjoying the summer in Mendoza. Come and enjoy Mendoza!! The space The apartment consists of 4 spaces SEPARATED by a patio. On one side we have the room, equipped for 2 people, it has a double bed, a large bookshelf for belongings, Bgh air conditioning, 32" TV. (No Garage), but there is a bridge on the property on the street. 📍 The bathroom is OUTSIDE, located in the patio, as seen in the photos, a shower inside the same bathroom without a receptacle. It is located outside and connected by the patio, it is EXTERNAL. 📍The kitchen has a small breakfast bar with 2 stools, an electric stove, a toaster, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, kitchen accessories, and a microwave. No sofa. ❣️The patio is the space you will enjoy the most, it has a garden set and is surrounded by beautiful jasmine. Guest access 1 security camera in the central courtyard, which records and captures images 24 hours a day Other things to note Also the patio has 4 white jasmines, they are plants that need water, we ask for 3 minutes of your time to water them every morning or night! They can't live without water! And it's part of your stay, as we can't enter your space. The bathroom is located outside the room.
