This cozy home is right on Otsego Lake w/ 100' of beach. The home has the best sunset views and a sandy beach to play on. The home comes with a full kitchen with all the kitchenware along with row boats, kayaks, propane bbq grill, picnic table and much more. It's a close drive to the highway, downtown, many golf courses and is walking distance to 2 bar/restaurants. A dock is included for a boat or to fish off it. The home shares the property with 2 other rental cottages also listed on Airbnb. You have access to the 100’ of beach front and the 50’ of grassy area. We have 1 main fire pit and a portable one with plenty of chairs for everyone. We now are giving free fire wood until it runs out. There is a shed with outside games, blow up tubes for the water, extra chairs, etc. available for you to use. In this home you will have a Queen bed in one bedroom and bunk bed (full on bottom and twin on top) in the other, along with a dresser in each. The living room has a full futon couch with a TV and a double sitting couch. The kitchen has a dining table and chairs, and all the kitchenware you should need. If there is something missing we will do our best in getting it for you. We do supply paper products like toilet paper and paper towels along with linens for all 3 beds and the futon. There is plenty of parking on the other side of the road and can fit many vehicles with or without trailers. We have a shed accessible for all the renters to use. It stores tubes, life jackets, corn hole, and other outdoor fun activities. I am always accessible by cell phone and if needed I can be there in person. If I can’t be there I’ll have someone who can be. At check-in I would like to meet you at the home to show the property and the great amenities we have available that may not be on this Airbnb page, we are always adding more for your enjoyment, also I can answer any questions you have in person. The street is on a dead end so not much traffic at all. The neighbors are great and very kind. A very safe neighborhood. You can travel by car less than 10 minutes to downtown or you can walk to the 3 bars restaurant across Old 27 highway. After spring of 2019 you can bike down the new bike/walking trail being put in down the street near the highway which runs over 100 miles. We do supply bedding and linens which include 8 pillows with cases, 4 fitted and cover sheets, 4 blankets, 6 bathing towels, 6 hand towels, and 6 wash cloths. If you would like to bring your own, please let us know we will refund you $40 when you arrive. Please let us know when you book if you would like this option. We also supply toilet paper and paper towels. You can contact me to get a discount on renting one of the other 2 homes on the property for bigger or multi families at a discounted price. We do not have cable tv but do have great internet (500 mbps) and a DVD player. We also have an Apple TV device that you can use your own Hulu, Amazon, YouTube, Netflix, ect. account on. You can also plug in your own devices to the TV like video games or your own Roku or Firestick. As for pets, we allow 1 dog with a $100 each dog cash pet fee due at check-in. We could make an acceptation for 2 dogs if approved. New to 2024, we now offer free fire wood (while supplies last). We will supply a wagon or wheelbarrow for you to bring it from across the road to the fire pit by the waters edge.
